Before founding Progressive Discoveries, Janet held senior leadership roles in both industry and enterprise environments, including Director of the Aveda Institute, Washington, D.C., and Senior Director of Operations Education for Dessange North America. These experiences continue to inform her belief that culture is not something organizations declare. It is something leaders design, reinforce, and live every day.
